Penny pinching on the hardware spoilt what is a pretty good solution> I modified the trolley with 4 equal wheels all round and this makes for a very stable mobile workstation

Couple of the bolts are difficult to manage but once assembled in does the job prefectly

Quite tricky to assemble with some of the nuts almost inaccessible. Needed to buy ring spanner and 8mm Allen key. One of the bolts 8 x 35, was missing from the pack. Sturdy so OK.
