Fantastic bit of kit. Wish I had bought it years ago – it takes away all the back-breaking effort of splitting large quantities of logs by hand

Did the job but assembly of work bench and safety cage defeated me as the instructions were complex and clear photos of each stage would have helped greatly.

After ordering I was doubting myself. Had I done the right thing by buying the 5T? Should I have got the 7T? I needn’t have worried! The 5T is more than sufficient for what I needed and so far it’s done a cracking job. Being a bit of a clever clogs I didn’t bother with the assembly instructions so proceeded to build the stand which was simple only to discover that you need to build the stand onto the splitter! So take it all apart and read the instructions!
