Professional Safety Helmet for Forestry Equipment

The Forest Master Professional Safety Helmet provides complete protection for your head, face and ears when performing your forestry tasks. The safety helmet is equipped with a retractable visor, ear defenders, a 6-point adjustable harness and a chin strap. Don’t leave anything to chance and be sure to completely protect yourself from all risks when operating your wood chipper, log splitter, chainsaw or any other forestry activity.

Whether you’ve operated forestry equipment in the past or if you’re brand new and are looking at buying your very first machine – you should never neglect to equip yourself with the correct regulatory protective gear. Our safety helmet is CE certified EN 397 + A1. Unlike standard hard hats, it provides all necessary personal protection for your head, face, eyes and ears.  You should also look to equip yourself with safety gloves to ensure further protection as simple accidents can be simply avoided with the correct precautions.

While safety is the number one priority, our helmet also offers complete comfort when operating your machinery over a long period of time. The safety hat utilises a 6-point adjustable harness to find the perfect fit. The harness is easily adjusted via a wheel ratchet adjustment at the rear of the helmet. Also featured are 6 ventilation holes at the top of the hat which allows air to easily flow through and keep your head cool and comfortable throughout your work.  One size fits all so you don’t need to worry about ordering it, only to have to send it back.

The built-in ear protection provides safety from any noise of up to 25dB and can also be easily adjusted to sit above the helmet when not in immediate use. The safety visor is also retractable to avoid the tedious need to remove the entire helmet when not operating your machinery.

Our Forest Master saddle stool is designed specifically for operating your log splitter for an extensive period of time. Avoiding standing up to walk to your log pile to grab wood, back to the log splitter, kneeling back down and then taking 10 minutes to find the energy to stand back up. Cut out all the boring work and focus on what we love, splitting wood.

The professional log splitting saddle stool is built for extended periods of log splitter operation. The stool provides support, comfort and durability during your days in the garage or workshop splitting logs.

The saddle stool features heavy-duty construction of a weighted steel base and five wear-resistant castor wheels. The seat is moulded and padded to support you sitting comfortable for a long period of time, keeping your posture correct. The height of the stool is fully adjustable via gas lift from 43cm to 63cm to set the correct position for your day of splitting.

The 5 equipped castor wheels are smooth rolling and provide anti-slip movement while sitting. Easily move from your log pile to your splitter in absolute comfort.

The stool is packaged neatly into a small box only weighing around 3KG. Open up the box and simply slide the parts together, there’s no need for bolts, screws or tools!

Forest Master EZ-grip safety gloves have been designed using the best materials to provide excellent protection for your hands when handling logs. Stretches to fit all hands, and coated in textured latex to provide outstanding grip when handling logs, these gloves have been made to stop you from dropping those particularly heavy logs and injuring yourself, or protect your hands from splinters and snags when using your log splitter.

The Forest Master Splitter Work Bench and safety guard is a unique (Community Registered Design) accessory that catches the logs as they are split and eliminates the need to bend down to pick up split logs. It makes splitting safer as logs can’t fall off as they are split.

Our safety guard allows you to split larger logs than cages from other manufacturers. With our guard, the maximum log diameter is 400mm whereas most other cages only allow 250mm diameter.

Another feature of our guard is that the vertical sides do not have any holes in them, to avoid logs being trapped as they are split. Cages with holes in the sides or mesh sides can trap logs as they split which can then damage the cage.

Simple to set up, it quickly bolts on to the log splitter in place of the standard log guide rails.

Note that this listing is only for the Splitter Work Bench, the log splitter and trolley stand have to be purchased separately.

The FM10-TC Splitter Work Bench can also be used with electric log splitters from other manufacturers, provided the mounting points for the log guide rails are spaced 540mm apart.

The trademarked DuoCut^TM blade is a European Community Registered design and is unique to ourselves. It replaces the standard pusher block and increases the splitting efficiency by having two opposing contact points. It also allows the splitter to more easily cope with knotty wood because if one blade encounters a knot, it can continue splitting with the other blade.

Our log splitters, with the assistance of the DuoCut blade, will split the log 99% of the time, with the machine always taking the easiest route to split. This means that the motor is only ever using 50% of the power.

This blade is designed to fit our FM5, FM8 & FM10 series of log splitters and will fit other makes where the pusher block is located in the moving carriage with four bolts.

The DuoCut blade is compatible with the majority of hydraulic log splitters.

Our Heavy Duty Log Carrying Canvas Bag has been designed to make carrying your logs easy and comfortable. The bag features handle straps that are 40mm* wide and support the underside of the bag, this not only makes them stronger than most other bags but it also makes them more comfortable to carry. The Ultimate DuoCut Kindling Axe Base can be used with manual drop weight log splitters, such as the Logosol Smart Splitter, to enable logs to be split from both ends. This increase the efficiency of splitting, making the logs easier to split and making it easier to split knotty logs.

The DuoCut Kindling Axe Base can also be used as a kindling blade for easily and safely making kindling. Using the USBB is safer than using an axe.

The USBB is simply mounted on any convenient wood base, such as used for the Logosol Smart Splitter, using the four screws supplied.

When used with a drop weight log splitter, the base washer and spacer tube are placed over the log splitter mounting pole to stop the blades clashing. The log is placed on the USBB and the splitter used in the normal manner.

This kindling axe is also capable of splitting small dry logs (must be dry) up to 10″ in size. Avoid splitting greenwood on this tool.  Simply place the wood on the USBB and hit it with a mallet.

A universal stand that fits our FM5, FM8 and FM10 series of electric log splitters. It will also fit electric log splitters from other manufacturers with maximum log lengths of 370mm to 520mm. The stand raises your log splitter to a comfortable working height without the need to place it on an unsecured table. This eliminates the need to bend down to operate the splitter.

The stand uses the existing rear wheels from the log splitter as rear wheels for the stand and has a plate foot at the front.
