The FM10D-7-TC is a 7-ton electric log splitter capable of splitting softwood and hardwood logs of up to 450mm in length and is suitable for domestic use. It is fitted with our Duocut^TM blade, which enables it to split logs from both ends and split logs as effectively as a 10-ton machine. It ensures that by splitting from both ends. If a knot is encountered at one end, it will still split from the other.

The FM10D-7-TC has a simultaneous button and lever operation, so it cannot be operated one-handed, making it compliant with the latest safety regulations.

The FM10D-TC comes fitted with the Ram Stop that can limit the amount of return travel by the blade. If you are splitting a lot of short logs, then you can set the return distance to slightly greater than your log length, and this will save considerable time.

This FM10D-TC model can produce up to 7 tons in total force. It can also manage around 100 logs per hour. It comes filled with hydraulic oil, ready for use out of the box.

The newest model of the FM10D-7-TC log splitter is fitted with a workbench and guard that are compliant with safety regulations. Unlike safety cages supplied by other manufacturers, our guard has no holes in the side panels to ensure logs can’t get caught and damage the guard. Our guard also allows you to split logs up to 400mm* diameter, whereas other manufacturers can only split up to 250mm diameter.

This model does not include a stand.

7-Ton FM10D models are available bundled with a stand; the FM10T-7-TC model includes a stand with two wheels and flat foot support at the front. This splitter is also available with a trolley stand, and the FM10TW-7-TC includes a trolley stand that features wheels on all four corners of the stand for easy manoeuvrability.

The FM10T-7 electric log splitter is fitted with our trademarked Duocut^TM blade. This enables it to split logs more quickly and efficiently than log splitters equipped with a traditional pusher. Additionally, by being able to split from either end, the FM10T-7-TC can split knotty wood that a traditional splitter would fail with. In addition, it is fitted with a ramstop that reduces the return distance and time when splitting shorter logs.

The latest model of the FM10T-7-TC log splitter is fitted with a workbench and guard that comply with safety regulations. Unlike other manufacturers’ safety cages, our guard has no holes in the side panels, to ensure logs can’t get caught and damage the guard. It also accommodates logs up to 400mm* in diameter, other manufacturers’ cages only allow 250mm in diameter.

It comes supplied with an easy-to-assemble stand that raises it to a comfortable working height. The stand features two wheels with flat foot support at the front. The FM10TW-7-TC Model includes a trolley stand that utilises wheels on all four corners of the log splitter for easy manoeuvrability.

Heavy-Duty Electric Log Splitter (7-Ton) DuoCut^TM with Trolley, Work Bench & Guard

The FM10TW-7 is a powerful 7-ton electric log splitter suitable for heavy-duty domestic use. It has a ram pressure of 500 bar* to handle hard woods such as oak and is fitted with our new trolley stand that has lockable castors on the front to make it easily manoeuvrable.

To handle the higher pressure and harder wood, the FM10TW-7-TC has a number of upgrades including a reinforced heavy-duty fixed blade and a larger cylinder diameter than 5 ton models.

The FM10TW-7-TC comes with our trademarked Duocut^TM blade, enabling it to split logs more efficiently than log splitters fitted with a traditional pusher and by being able to split from either end to cope with knotty wood. In addition, it is fitted with a ramstop that reduces the return distance and time when splitting shorter logs.
