The FM10D-TC comes fitted with the Ram Stop that can limit the amount of return travel by the blade. If you are splitting a lot of short logs, then you can set the return distance to slightly greater than your log length, and this will save considerable time.

This FM10D-TC model can produce up to 7 tons in total force. It can also manage around 100 logs per hour. It comes filled with hydraulic oil, ready for use out of the box.

The newest model of the FM10D-7-TC log splitter is fitted with a workbench and guard that are compliant with safety regulations. Unlike safety cages supplied by other manufacturers, our guard has no holes in the side panels to ensure logs can’t get caught and damage the guard. The 7 ton FM10PTW-7 is an upgraded version of our standard 5 ton petrol engine powered hydraulic log splitter. It has been upgraded to 7 ton so that it is better suited to splitting harder woods in domestic use. Powered by our 52cc 2-stroke engine, you can wheel this log splitter to wherever you want to split your logs. No need any longer to be restricted by socket placement or extension leads.

It features a trolley stand that has lockable castors on the front. This makes it more manoeuvrable than the traditional stands the have wheels at the rear and just a foot at the front, where you have to lift the front end to move it.

The FM10PTW-7 comes with our trademarked Duocut blade, enabling it to split logs more efficiently than log splitters fitted with a traditional pusher and by being able to split from either end to cope with knotty wood. In addition it is fitted with a ramstop that reduces the return distance and time when splitting shorter logs.

To meet safety regulations, the FM10PTW-7 has two handed control, with one hand operating the throttle and the other the hydraulic control lever. It also has a work bench and safety cage to contain debris and split logs. The cage has solid sides so that logs can’t become trapped and cause damage. Forest Master FM16HTW is a heavy-duty log splitter that can be used wherever you need to split logs, no worries about sockets or extension cables. The FM16HTW is equipped with the latest Honda GX35NT 35cc petrol engine and reaches a total of 7 tons of splitting force with ease.

The FM16HTW is a dual-speed machine, push the lever halfway and you get reduced force but faster travel suitable, for softwoods. For harder woods push the lever all the way for the full force.

The FM16HTW is twice as efficient, due to the pre-fitted DuoCut Blade and Ram Stop. The supplied stand allows users to adjust the machine to a suitable working height, also removing the need to lean over or kneel. The added caster wheels also allow easy manoeuvrability.
